Hello Carafife,

gphoto2 - used by darktable - can not handle any Pentax-camera.

But pktriggercord <http://pktriggercord.sourceforge.net/> can. If you
don't want to compile it and you are using Ubuntu or a derivative, you
can use dhor's PPA <https://launchpad.net/%7Edhor/+archive/myway> which
has pktriggercord included since less than a week!

regards,
Sebastian

Hello Carafife,

Great I could help you.
No, pktriggercord is not integrated in darktable and i don't think there
are plans to support it. Maybe gphoto integrates the code from
pktriggercord some day. Unfortunately my skills are way too low do
accomplish this.

regards,
Sebastian

Szebi Hello and thank you for your quick response! Filmography ;-) I
installed the software you're talking about and it works perfectly on
my pc with LinuxMint 16. However I would have liked to take advantage
of the capture tab functionality to handle this since darktable. If
this is not possible, too bad :-( <br> Thanks again for your follow
